Our products can be shipped worldwide, however there are some countries with different laws and regulations on the importation and distribution of our research chemical products. Consequently, we have certain shipping restrictions in place. we would also like to add that we are legal specialists and we insist for all customers to check legalities of the products before placing any order from our store.
Standard delivery times :USA 1-3days, UK 1 - 2 days, Europe 1 - 3days, the rest of the world 5 - 7 days. We ship all orders using discreet plain packaging and tracking numbers supplied upon dispatch. Please note these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by us.
Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that you that you receive the wrong product just notify us first-hand so we can arrange the exchange of products, We will carry out the exchange as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product that we dispatched. Due to the nature of the business and the products once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return so please bare in mind that all sales are FINAL. You have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order a 10% surcharge will apply to any cancelled orders.
When making a purchase on our site the transaction maybe international and some credit & debit cards are set up for domestic use only which may well be getting declined by your card issuer for this reason, To rectify this issue you can simply call your card issuer to authorise the payment and the transaction will then be accepted.
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa & Maestro Credit & Debt Cards using our secure payment system. We also accept international bank transfers and also western union,money Gram is available for orders over £300 only. Please note all credit & debit card payments will now show on your statement debited by "BAC Online". If you have any question's please don't hesitate to contact us.
Tracking your order
You can log in to your account at anytime and view your order status and get all the relevant tracking information. You will also be emailed once your package is shipped with detailed tracking information, if you need any assistance tracking the whereabouts of your order feel free to contact us for assistance. If you do not receive an email after you have ordered please check your Junk mailbox.
We do offer a guaranteed delivery service for orders under £300 so If by any chance your order does not arrive within 21 business days you will qualify for 1 free reship only, however If the product has been confiscated by customs due to you not checking legalities correctly you will not quality for any refund or a reship and you will be banned from using our services. For orders over £600 we offer a 50% reship. Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship to Noway, Sweden - Customers order at there own risk due to high customs confections.
